Need some tips to improve speed in verbal (specially RC)

I am planning to take GMAT in July but I am still very afraid, Scored only 570 in GMATPrep, 540 in Kaplan test.
I am good at Maths, scored 40+ in all tests.

I was able to solve more than 70% of the question in verbal section during preparation. But whenever I take test, I am completely blank in verbal section. I don't remember anything.

I am very weak at RC only 2-3 answers were correct during test.

I need some guidance, Please help

What are your math scores? What score are you targetting...

Looks to me that you have to work on the stamina so that when you reach verbal section you are not blank

Scaled maths score during full length test vary from 40 to 44. It would be great if I can improve it to around 50.

I am targeting INSEAD, So I have to score 700+.
I know it is a difficult target, but if I improve my verbal score - of course with your help, I am almost there.
