PS work and rate

A club decided to build a cabin. The job can be done by 3 skilled workmen in 20 days or by 5 of the boys in 30 days. How many days will the job take if all work together?
A 10
B. 12.
C. 12 2/3
D. 14
E. 5

IMO B
3 does work in 20 days
so in in 1 day
1/20
similarly
5 boys can do 1/30 in 1 day
so
1/20 + 1/30 = 1/12 in 1 day
so 12 days
