James bought several stationery, there are 21 cent pencil and 23 cent ball pen. How many ball pen did James buy?
1) James bought total 6 pcs of pencil and ball pen
2) Total money he spent was $1.3

second is enough,
21X+23y=130
put the number such a way, that 1*x+3*y=10 and x be less than 5, y less than 5 you can easily see that the only choice is x=4, y=2

B

of course the first is not enoug
