    Hi Jan,

It's been some time since we received this request from you. If you are still looking for answers, I am including our perspective on your profile below.

For your young age, your professional achievements are fantastic. I love that you can show leadership experience, people management and recruiting, for not just one, but multiple companies. Good job!

Since the professional achievements are so impressive, the lower undergraduate GPA doesn't matter as much, especially since you have a higher GMAT to compensate. To avoid leaving it as an unanswered question, addressing it in the optional essay or taking remedial classes in the subjects you didn't do well are potential options as well. The latter has the added benefit of showing that you took responsibility, and proactively tried to improve your profile.

You haven't mentioned as much about your personal profile, such as extracurricular activities, volunteering, etc. However, I do think that your book would make a great point to focus on, especially if you can show the impact you had with it, such as book sales or presentations, or even better, a business that actually followed it and was successful as a result.

Finally, your Polish background will be an asset. Poland is an underrepresented country in MBA classes in the US, and the combination of your diversity, professional experience, high GMAT and book-writing experience make you a pretty interesting candidate. The challenge, of course, will be appropriately communicating your myriad achievements to AdComs. This is what My MBA Admit specializes in - helping applicants develop a convincing and compelling application to maximize their chances for admission.

Based on your interests and reasons for an MBA, schools that have strong Entrepreneurship programs would be a good fit - among top schools, Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, etc. are great examples. For those just starting the application process, we highly recommend our 10-page Candidate Profiling and School Selection report - this simulates a mini-application by building a comprehensive profile and recommends schools where you have the best chances of being accepted.
