Thread: Please evaluate my profile

Hi I am 25 years of age from India.Please evaluate my profile for Oxford University (Said Business School).My profile is complex and I do not understand what exactly should I do to get admitted to the Oxford program.Some(at study center for GMAT) say my profile is ok some say its not useful and pretty useless due to my low academics.I dont understand what to do.I eventually look forward for two options either to apply rite away( I would apply this october with GMAT,I expect to get roughly 650.) or I would apply for a MS-Management course from some mid tier university in UK or at Vlervick,Belgium and then do 2 year work and then apply for Oxford MBA.I am looking forward to do a DBA after oxford MBA from some top B school(INSEAD,LBS,Tias Nimbus,Cambridge,Harvard) .It would kind of you to help me in evaluating my profile and guiding me what should I do to make more chances of getting selected by Oxford.Its horrid to experience this enigma and being like a pompous buffoon.

Started the company TTT with operations in 3 Cities in India (Mumbai,Delhi,Lucknow) and overseas operations in Middle East(Yemen, UAE) and Medan (Indonesia) through Business Partners, Anticipated to start an organization partnering with a British Company, CCC for operations in Europe.(Plan failed due to recession and eventually company suffered huge losses,this is the main reason for doing an MBA and securing a job and getting an international exposure) The company TTT is involved in developing software and web portals for several organizations.(www.ttt.com)

Started the company from Ghaziabad and Lucknow, the company identified itself in various operations such as IT Solutions and Exports.XYZ was re branded as xyz on 10th July 07, Managed a total employee strength of 30 people.

Working as partner for abc, the company came out as an individual entity division of xyz, and has operations in the field of antiques, mementos, high fashion products, paintings and ethnic items and acted normally as a buying house. Responsible for exporting several items to Middle East, Europe and their procurement.This was linked with benifiting rural women empowerment by providing them abundant employment oppurtunities.

I would be highly oblidged if my profile is evaluated and some advice is given how can I get selected for MBA at Oxford university only.for referances i can get a couple of referances from Senior people from Adobe systems and one of my clients( a columbia university graduate from US) or from my co program directors at the Non profit organisation.
