    from option A

n can be 1/3 , 3 , 9 etc ..nt sufficient since some values of n are less than 4 , some greater than 4, and some are fractions (1/3, 2/3 ..etc)

    from option B
    n/3 is a +ve integer
    n can be 3 , 9 12 etc...again some values of n are less than 4 and some are greater than 4

even if you combine option A and B , n can be 3, 9 etc

    so ans E
