    (A) believed to be- what is believed to be?the Quetzalcoatlus, wingspan or 36 feet
    (B) and that is believed to be - present tense is used. Quetzalcoatlus existed in the past
    (C) and it is believed to have been - correct
    (D) which was, it is believed, - wrong usage
    (E) which is believed to be - present tense is used. Quetzalcoatlus existed in the past
