If you think you have crossed more than 3 points, you can send the admins an email to redeem the points accordingly. & I recommend this forum on various other boards but how come I would know that certain person's registered here because of my recommendation?
When they register they have the ability to input the referrers name. So you can tell them your user name on the place where you have recommended us.
But still if they take the paid membership, they need to send the admins a private message, indicating that they were referred by you [its important].
